Safety record
What we hand a safety reviewer
The same short packet goes to every facility that asks, before mobilization.
A contractor-safety review wants numbers and proof. We send the numbers, the insurance certificate with your facility named, the written site plan for your job and the orientation schedule. Anyone on our crew can stop work, and the safety director decides when it restarts.
In the packet
Experience modification rate and incident rates, with the letters behind them
OSHA 300A summaries for the last three years
Written site plan and rescue plan for your job
Crew list with training records

One bay, walked
A job hazard walk, pinned to the steel
Before a crew starts a bay, the superintendent and the safety director walk it and write down what could hurt someone.

- 1
Overhead steel
Worked from a lift with the harness tied off to the lift's anchor point. Nobody climbs the steel.
- 2
The column
Cleaned and primed from the floor up, with containment and ground cover around its base.
- 3
The door
Marked as the exit route, with the rescue plan posted beside it.
- 4
The floor
Abrasive and spent coating swept and bagged at the end of every shift.
Documents
The safety file
Each document links to the owner's own file. The same set goes to every facility.

General liability insurance
Your facility is named as certificate holder before we mobilize.

Stop-work
Anyone can stop the job
A stop-work call is never second-guessed on site, and nobody pays for making one.
- 01
The crew member says stop
Spraying and lifts pause where they are, and everyone goes to the muster point.
- 02
The safety director decides
She walks the area with the superintendent and writes what changed.
- 03
You hear about it the same day
Your contact gets a call and a one-page note, whether or not the work restarts.
Questions about safety paperwork
Who is named on your insurance?
Your facility, as certificate holder, on the certificate we send before mobilization. Cover types and limits are in the safety file, and your risk manager can call our agent.
Do you work through contractor-safety portals?
Yes. We complete your portal's questionnaire and upload the same documents the safety file holds. If your site has its own forms, send them with the scope request.
How is the work checked?
Dry-film thickness readings are logged each shift, with wet-film checks while spraying, and the log goes in the handback binder. Your inspector can attend any hold point we mark in the schedule.
What do you need from us before mobilization?
Your orientation schedule, the permits for the work (hot work, confined space, lockout), a laydown area, power and water, and a named contact on each shift. We send a checklist with the written scope.
Need the file for your portal?
Tell us which portal your site uses and we'll send what it asks for.
